The russian air force uses mig-29's, it's not even a match against our F-15's which we've developed 2 fighter generations above, since the F-15E. Russia, nobody has anything that can come close to matching our F-22 raptor and we've already built the F-35, its more advanced than the F-22. The mig-29 is 20+ years old and russian missle guidance technology is 1980's era garbage. Nobody can compete with U.S. guidance systems and that is the most important factor there is. Just our F-22 raptor line of fighters is more expensive than the entire Russian air force. The entire russian air force is out dated. I'm not even going to discuss anymore because you are a clueless fool that knows Russia's military is a joke. The Soviet Era military is what you guys are still using and that got divided up between your federation states. SUPERPOWER!!! THERE'S ONLY 1!!! THE UNITED STATES!!! THE RUSSIAN MILITARY IS A JOKE. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ENGAGING THE U.S. WITH OUT CHINA'S MILITARY TECHNOLOGY BACKING THEM UP. CHINA IS THE 2ND MOST ADVANCED MILITARY AND THEY HAVE OLD TECHNOLOGY ALSO. Russia is not attacking Ukraine. Get your facts straight. There is half of ukraine which is pro Russia and the other is pro Europe Union. Quick interesting fact, however, the Ukrainians that are pro the Europe Union have fought along side the German army in WW2
So Putin sets up a coup right around the time that he's killing off all the dogs in SOCHI and arresting gay people so that people will be distracted post the olympics and this is somehow America's fault? Did I miss something or is everyone from the twilight zone on here?
As a US military veteran, I think there are some conflicts that we don't need to become involved in. We're not the playground monitor and we sure as hell don't have the extra cash to foot the bill. Obama needs to quit this pissing match with Putin because Bad Vlad will win 9 out of 10.
Bunch of nazzis became a goverment of Ukraine. The election of the president has been planned for May 2014. Ukrainian people had an opportunity to choose their new leader according all democratical procedures in 2 month but the gang of armored nazzis forced a revolution.
Putin is a bully. The Ukrainian people are clear about how they want to govern their own country & Putin just can't leave it be. I hope the us government honors the Budapest accords & stands by the Ukraine. War & violence is never a solution but those people, need someone to stand up to the bully & the us military is by far superior
They did what they had to do.
They wanted to be free from their Dictator president. I,100% support them & anyone else who rebels against their government. They want change & all of our governments do things behind doors. Secretes dont make friends.

If Russia does invade the Ukraine and America intervenes, the likelihood of a Cold War style stand off could be very possible. This potentially could have serious consequences for many nations. Lets hope it can be resolved peacefully.

HOPEFULLY THERE WILL BE A SWIFT RESOLUTION THAT WILL STOP ANY AND ALL VIOLENCE AND SUFFERING. ANYONE THAT CAN'T AGREE WITH THAT IS JUST STUPID. WAR AND VIOLENCE IS ALWAYS A SAD OUTCOME TO ANY HUMAN SITUATION. PEACE, HOPE, LOVE, AND FREEDOM FOR ALL!!!
I understand that America wants control over (the struggle for resources and dominance) and as a success in the Balkans and the Middle East right now is the chunk Russia's neighbors, and maybe after a while and Russia itself!? But I do not understand why people think stupid claiming they do with peacekeeping missions for the good of the people of the country. This is communism disguised as aid and democracy.
Even through this is sad, but it has something good too, something i was hoping to happen for far too long, its that people are starting to feel, the oppression, the mind control, people are starting to actually wake up from the mind wash...
The whole thing is twisted, take no notice of what you see on your national TV news... The emotions you feel while listening to your countries news is exactly how your government wants you to feel, so it's easier for them to do what they plan
